Spring/Summer 17

An iconic piece in the unisex wardrobe: the shirt, viewed through a kaleidoscope that shows off its infinite facets.
Deconstructed, cut away, oversized, multilayered or reconstructed, the Albino Teodoro shirt manages to create the structure of an entire collection, turning itself as required into a dress, kaftan, tunic, micro-top and even working as a perfect summer parka.
The materials also bring an evolution of poplin, the traditional shirt-making fabric, ranging from classic white and black through sheer washed silk in shades of gold, to taffeta style cotton-nylon for the parka shirts.
Appearances are also put in by luxurious printed jacquards and patterned crêpe de Chine and lamé.
This season's distinguishing features are the colours and prints of tropical art deco.
Warm, elegant, metallic tone yarn-dyed stripes, silhouettes of unusual animals, geometric decorative elements inspired by Donald Deskey's design pieces, and tropical print with the trademark Miami district deco colours of lime green, palest turquoise, emerald green and ivory featuring strongly.
